Recommended bowl: Since 1981

The milky tonkotsu soup here is made from pig heads, water, and nothing else. Combined with tare sauce, peanuts and sesame, it's smooth but not heavy. Each bowl is topped with housemade pork shoulder chashu. Before opening here, the master worked at another ramenya, 'Aji no Bunka Jō Bunka Ramen.’ He runs this shop with his wife. Only open for lunch, 11am-3pm. Since 1981.
