特製つけ麺 / Tokusei Tsukemen / Jikaseimen Tsukiyomi — Kamishinjo, Osaka

Tonkotsu-gyokai soup combines rich pork bone broth and various seafood ingredients. Noodles are made with Takara Izumi brand wheat from Fukuoka Prefecture, using a Fuji Seiki noodle machine and a number 8 cutter. Pork belly chashu features Mochi Pork from Kagoshima, other toppings include roasted chicken chashu, ajitama, menma, negi, fish powder and yuzu.

Master Akagi-san trained at the Osaka ramen shop Menya Teru before opening Ramenya Akagi in his hometown of Kamishinjo in 2017. Jikaseimen Tsukiyomi is his second brand and branch. The store is named after the Japanese god of grains. 10 seats. Since May 30th, 2020 @tsukiyomi_jikaseimen
