Recommended bowl: Creamy paitan

Rich and creamy paitan soup is whipped cappuccino style with a hand blender. The soup contains chicken bones and pork feet cooked for four hours. Multiple types of shoyu in the tare and shio tare is also available. Noodles supplied by Teigaku. The special comes with ajitama, extra chashu and tonsoku (pork feet) toppings. Run by master Tsuji-san, who worked as a salaryman for 20 years before getting into ramen. Open since 2016.
