特製醤油つけ麺 / Tokusei Shoyu Tsukemen / Ramen Shuki — Tsuruhashi, Osaka
Dipping soup is a clear blend of chicken and fish paired with shoyu tare. Noodles are house-made, medium-thick and straight, containing Kitahonami wheat and low kansui. Full set of toppings includes three slices of pork chashu, ajitama, wontons, negi and naruto.
