Recommended bowl: Kishu duck ramen
This shop opened to much fanfare in 2016, and has been drawing sizable lines ever since. The specialty is a Kishu kamo shoyu ramen, which features a dashi soup that contains special brand ducks sourced from Kishu, Wakayama Prefecture. Perfectly balanced with succulent duck and pork chashu toppings. The twice marinated and grilled negi topping add-on is also highly recommended. A new-school standout and highly esteemed shop.
