Recommended bowl: Rich tonkotsu gyokai

Opened by master Yoshimitsu-san in 2011, this shop serves the ever popular style of rich tonkotsu gyokai double soup. Made from boiling pork bones and dried fish, diners have the option of ramen or tsukemen, the latter which is served with a lemon wedge. Noodles are house-made. Three branches in total now, all located in Osaka.
