Run by master Mitani-san, this spot is a destination for noodle lovers. All the noodles are handmade in the shop with four different types to choose. There are four additional types available for takeout only. There is ramen and tsukemen, with the tsukemen the more recommended item. Clear chintan chicken soup made with a hint of pork. The shoyu tare contains vinegar and is served with crushed black pepper. Only open for lunch, 11am-3pm (noodles on sale 10am-5pm). Since 2011.
