Recommended bowl: Since 1958

Run by third generation owner master Inazumi-san, this authentic Osaka Takaida style shop has been in operation since 1958. Chicken based soup with a sharp soy sauce punch, provided by Marukin shoyu sourced from Shōdoshima island in Kagawa prefecture. No extra oil or fat is added, making this a crisp bowl suitable for breakfast (shop opens from 8am) or for takeaway. When ordered to-go, the soup is poured into empty glass alcohol bottles for easy transportation home.
