Recommended bowl: Real Takaida style
Originally opened in 1953, this is old school authentic Osaka Takaida style ramen. Clear chicken soup, pork lard and special shoyu sourced from Shōdoshima Island in the Seto Inland Sea. Current master Noguchi-san has been operating and protecting the recipe for over 30 years. As is standard with Takaida style shops, they open each morning at 9am (8am on weekends and holidays).
