Recommended bowl: 100% chicken

The self-proclaimed original Okayama style chicken ramen, the soup here is almost completely chicken based, containing a soup of bones, feet, whole chickens and vegetables. Bowls are seasoned with sansho peppercorns and topped with chicken thigh chashu, negi and sesame seeds. Master Murai-san first tasted chicken soup at a yakitori restaurant and became inspired to make ramen. Open since 2001.
