Recommended bowl: Local niboshi

A casual ramen shop with a variety of bowls, not far from Oami station. The base soup stock is made using niboshi sourced from the local waters off the coast of Chiba. There are a few types of ramen, tsukemen, and spicy versions. Fried gyoza as well. The staff are friendly and will usually chat it up — especially to ask what brought you all the way to their shop out in rural Chiba.
