Recommended bowl: Tantan-tsukemen

The name Fuuraibou comes from a divine beast from Chinese mythology. This shop specializes in tsuke-tantanmen. There are various versions of it on the menu, all with a creamy sesame-based dipping sauce and thin, straight noodles. A few versions are mild. If you want spicy, go for the bowl that comes with extra rayu chili oil. No meat in the dashi soup, only katsuo and kelp.
