Recommended bowl: Simple is best
The menu here is very simple with just ramen, shio ramen and tsukemen available. Made using chicken carcasses, whole chickens and seven different kinds of gyokai in the soup. Noodles are housemade using wheat that is typically used in udon. Japanese citrus on the side. Sometimes simple is best. Master Yamazaki-san trained at the shop Mennoya in Osaka. Open since 2009.
