Recommended bowl: No name shop

'The ramen shop without a name' is the name of this shop, located in the center of Kyoto alongside a small stream. Basically the sister shop of Takakura Nijo Ramen and Wajōryōmen Sugari, also located in Kyoto. Rich chicken and gyokai double soup comes in the recommended nōkō bowl, but there are light options, too. House-made noodles, and toppings like pork chashu and cherry tomato. Modern design which incorporates nature. Open since 2014.
