An old-school style shop, open since 1984. The nostalgic Kyoto style ramen comes with a rich tonkotsu and chicken soup, made with natural spring water. Noodles ordered via Nakakin Seimenjo. Paired with shoyu tare and topped with green negi. The original master is self taught, having first been a ramen fan. He ate at all the most popular shops, and then emulated the ones he liked. Aside from ramen, fried rice (yaki meshi) also popular.
