Recommended bowl: Late night tofu skins
This late night spot is open 9pm-6am, and serves yuba ramen, a bowl topped with fresh yuba (tofu skin). The soup is made using chicken carcasses and gyokai, mixed with shoyu tare. Regular tonkotsu ramen also available, served with burnt garlic oil. Noodles are ordered via Teigaku, made in Kyoto. This shop is the second outpost, the flagship being located in the Kyoto Suburb of Uji. Run by master Hazama-san.
