A legendary Kyushu shop, massive in size by Japanese standards with over 150 seats and two parking lots with space for 50+ cars. The creamy and smooth Kurume style soup is made from 100% pig heads, noodles special ordered via Kurume Seimen. Standard ramen costs just 470 yen. On weekends they have been known to serve well over 1000 customers per day. Legend has it that because of the presence of this shop, the surrounding area has been developed with more people coming. Open since 1965.
