Recommended bowl: 12-hour soup

Run by master Shigekusa-san since 2013, Toranoko offers pure tonkotsu ramen with an option of fish soup mixed in. The tonkotsu base is made with four different types of bones, all simmered for 12 hours. Noodles are ordered via Tsurumi Seimen. Topped with bean sprouts, aburi pork belly chashu, green negi, imitation crab meat, wood ear mushrooms and nori. Not the most famous shop in the area, but one with a nice stream of regulars.
