Recommended bowl: Below the hotel

A nice tonkotsu and gyokai based soup made from pork, chicken feet and several kinds of bushi (dried and fermented smoked fish). The soup takes 12 hours to make and is available in ramen or tsukemen. Noodles are ordered via Taisei Shokuhin. Run by master Okabe-san, who also owns the Okabe Hotel, located in the same building. Only open for lunch, 11:30am-2pm. Since 2006.
