Recommended bowl: Local style
Super local family owned spot, open for over 30 years. The standard bowls come with shoyu soup made using pork, chicken and niboshi, simmered for five hours. The noodles are housemade, as is the miso, chashu, and gyoza wrappers. Ninety percent of the customers order the gyoza, which are handmade as the orders come in. Fried rice is also recommended. Not a famous shop, just real Japanese soul food. Satisfaction every time.
