Recommended bowl: Honda-influenced

One of the higher ranked shops in Saitama Prefecture, the standard bowls of shoyu and shio come with a chintan (clear) soup made from chickens and gyokai, including ingredients such as dried scallops, sababushi, katsuobushi and niboshi. No MSG. Noodles are house-made, with two types of tsukemen also available. Run by master Saito-san, who trained at the famous shop Mendokoro Honda and is strongly influenced by Honda-san. Open since February 2015.
