Shoyu soup is made from 100% chicken stock, combined with a tare containing multiple brands of nama shoyu. Noodles are house-made. Run by master Hasegawa-san, who previously trained as an Italian chef before learning how to make ramen on his own. Only open for lunch, 11:30am-3pm. Since 2013.
