Recommended bowl: Rich or light?

This shop in the lively Katamachi area serves both a rich and light soup and is open until 2am. The recommended bowl might be the toripaitan gyokai, which comes with a rich chicken and fish based soup. A lighter kōmi chūka soba is also available, which comes in a clear chintan soup of chickens and kombu. Noodles are ordered via Kanezin. Master Ono-san trained at the well known Tokyo based Menya Musashi. Only seven seats, open since 2016.
