Recommended bowl: Since 1947

An old-school Chūka style shop run by a husband and wife team. The soup is made from chicken carcasses paired with shoyu tare. Most customers order cha-han or gyoza to go with their ramen. Not famous outside the area but usually packed with regulars. Nostalgic and authentic, open since 1947.
