Recommended bowl: Light shoyu

Run by master Satō-san, this is the second branch of Chūka Soba Satō located near Haneda airport. The Haneda branch is run by Satō-san's brother. The light shoyu soup is chicken based, also using katsuo and niboshi, with noodles provided by Maruyama Seimen. It's light but fulfilling in new-school style bowls that still bring wisps of nostalgia. Extra menma (bamboo shoots) recommended as a topping option. The ingredients used in both shops are identical, but each master applies his own cooking techniques, which result in bowls that tastes slightly different. Haneda branch open since 2011, Ōfuna branch since 2017.
