This well known shop serves traditional Kagoshima style ramen, made with medium strength tonkotsu soup containing pork bones, chicken carcasses, fruit and vegetables. Medium width straight noodles are provided by Ishimaru Shokuhin. Topped with pork chashu, bean sprouts, green onions and wood ear mushrooms. Originally open in 1990, shop renewal completed in 2013.
