Recommended bowl: Chicken shio
Run by master Hayakawa-san, a self taught master who specializes in a shio based chicken soup. The light broth is made from chicken bones, katsuobushi, sanma and kombu. Noodles are house-made using wheat from Hokkaido. Each bowl is topped with golden chicken oil. Rice bowls on the side like oyakodon also popular. Originally opened in 2009, menu renewal in 2013.
