醤油チャーシュー麺 / Shoyu Chasumen / Menya Ikkei — Ibaraki, Osaka
Clear shoyu soup is made from chicken bones and seafood. Medium-thin straight noodles are made with whole wheat flour and resemble soba. Topped with thinly sliced rare pork chashu, bamboo shoots, negi and nori.
