Pure Kasaoka style ramen, 100% chicken based using 'oyadori' (old hens) in both the soup and the chashu. Master Kitada-san trained at Sakamoto, a legendary Kasaoka style shop open since 1958. Noodles are ordered via Marushin Mengyō in Kasaoka, the same supplier as Sakamoto. Only open for lunch, closes early when the ingredients run out. A destination shop for many, with somewhat of a cult following. Since 2016.
