Recommended bowl: Onomichi style
Specializing in Onomichi ramen, the well-known regional style which hails from Onomichi city, just north of Hiroshima. As is standard with Onomichi style, the soup is a light chicken and gyokai shoyu, topped with a layer of chunky pork back fat, half of which is melted forming a hot layer of oil on the surface of the soup. Noodles are supplied by Inoue Seimenjo. Two branches total, with the Hatchobori flagship open since 2015.
