Jiro style ramen contains semi-emulsified tonkotsu-shoyu soup with pork fat. Thick-cut homemade noodles use the customary Oshon brand flour (typically used for bread). Topped with slabs of pork chashu, bean sprouts, cabbage and garlic. Black pepper, shoyu tare and red pepper flakes are available on the counter as free condiments.

Ramen Jiro Asakura Kaido Ekimae is the latest official Ramen Jiro branch to open and the 45th store overall in the group. Master Doi-san trained at Ramen Jiro in Shin Daita. Video recording inside the store is strictly prohibited. Ten seats. Open since December 1st, 2024.
