Recommended bowl: Niboshi & chicken

Rich niboshi and chicken double soup is made using three different kinds of niboshi. Previously the shop served noodles by Kanezin, before eventually changing to the current ones which are provided via Murakami Asahi Seimen. A variety of fish and chicken based bowls are on the menu, including options for aedama noodle refills. Master Kitamura-san trained at the shop Maruha in Keisei-Okubo. Only open for lunch, since 2014.
