Recommended bowl: Legendary gyoza
Old-school Chūka style restaurant, known more for gyoza than anything else. The ramen is blue collar and straight forward, influenced by Sapporo miso style. The legendary house-made gyoza are served fried with a garlic-heavy shoyu dipping sauce. Recommended to go with one order of gyoza per person minimum. Cha-han also recommended. Only open at night, menu pretty much unchanged for decades. Now open about 50 years.
