Tsugaru traditional style shoyu ramen served with niboshi soup, kombu, and no oil. Family owned and run for three generations, which first opened over 130 years ago. Master Narumi-san wakes up at 2am every morning to make the handmade noodles and prep the soup. He says the shop may close sometime in the near future. Open 10am-1pm. Legendary.
