Open since 1960, this huge Chinese restaurant is somewhat of an institution in Nagoya, and has a handful of smaller branches, including one in Tokyo. The shop's claim to fame is that it is known as the originator of ‘Taiwan Ramen’ — a fiery hot chicken-based soup served with thin curly noodles, topped with chives, minced pork and lots of chili pepper.
