I’m always happy when a restaurant lives up to the hype, and @bridges.nyc did exactly that. The meal was fantastic from start to finish, and the hospitality made it even better.

My favorites? The sardine toast (and I don’t usually love sardines), the clams with toasted rice, comté tart, a perfectly cooked lamb dish, and the hazelnut tart to close things out. Each plate had its own character—thoughtful, satisfying, and beautifully executed.

What really stood out was the warmth of the team. Bridges has the chic dining room and the kind of menu people are buzzing about, but it’s the hospitality that made the night so memorable.
