The soup contains varieties of ducks sourced from Aomori, Kyoto, and Saitama, made each morning with the fresh ducks, water and nothing else. The noodles are special made from a custom blend of 100% Japanese wheat. The recommended bowl of duck confit ramen comes layered with slices of tender duck chashu.
