Located on the 48th floor of Naza Tower in Kuala Lumpur, “DEWAKAN” offers more than just a view - it’s a tribute to Malaysia’s rich bounty and indigenous traditions, reimagined through a modern lens🔍 The name, a fusion of the Malay words for “god” and “food,” reflects the restaurant’s philosophy: to honour the land and its people through thoughtful, locally rooted cuisine❤️‍🔥

Inspired by Malaysia’s national butterfly, “Rajah Brooke’s Birdwing” in the cover photo reinterprets local ingredients with elegance✨ The subtle bitterness of “Belinjau” paired with the crisp freshness of “Labu Siam” (chayote) and the sweet-tangy depth of “Keranji” fruit🍇 A thoughtful balance of texture and flavour, it’s a modern tribute to Malaysia’s natural heritage🌴
