@papasannyc just rolled out a delicious new brunch menu that leans confidently into its Peruvian-Japanese identity. The dishes are bold, nicely-executed, and made for sharing. Some of my favorites were the hake tempura, scrambled egg & eel pizza, and Peruvian style rotisserie whole chicken

The space is bright and inviting, the energy laid-back but lively. There’s real thought behind the menu, and it shows. Can’t wait to come back soon to see what the dinner service is all about!
