Next on last week’s Scandinavia Tour we headed over the spectacular Øresund bridge into Sweden and drove to the Southern coast to another incredible restaurant, Vyn by Daniel Berlin @danielberlinrestaurant where we would enjoy an exceptional meal in the private dining room complete with our own kitchen and team of chefs. This really was one of the best meals that I have ever had and indeed several of my guests rebooked for a second visit before checking out. Another lineup of incredible wines, a good night’s rest in the beautiful rooms, a delicious breakfast and a bracing morning walk down to the seashore really made this 24 hours something that we will all remember for a long time. I really can’t wait to bring another group here soon.
