Perfect for an after work dinner or to host a private dinner, the restaurant is now graced with chef Rowley Leighβs spin on a menu inspired by its history.
We loved the accompanying wine paring - led by @davidgleavewines to a selection of beautifully executed dishes including:
- Figs carpaccio, burrata, olive oil and a chilli crumb πΆοΈ
- Raw Bluefin tuna, dripping toast, horseradish π
- Red mullet, citrus fruits and olive oil, saffron mash π£
