Perched on the vibrant streets of Soho in Hong Kong, Chôm Chôm (managed by @blacksheeprestaurants) offers a modern take on traditional Vietnamese street food🇻🇳 Known for its lively atmosphere and communal dining experience, the restaurant embraces the Bia Hoi culture, pairing fresh, zesty dishes featuring herbs and spices with cold beers🍻

The cover photo features their popular “Summer Roll”, served with okra, avocado and peanut sauce🥜 Other personal highlights included the refreshing “Hamachi & Pomelo” with spiced oil and toasted rice, as well as the “Pho Roll” with beef tenderloin, peanuts, “Mo Hanh” (scallion oil) and “Nuoc Cham” (dipping sauce made with fish sauce, water, sugar, and citrus)🍋
