“Saboh Okunoshibuya” opened in April 2023 in the heart of “Okushibu”, where Shibuya meets Yoyogi Park🎉 Taking over where the iconic “kakigoori” (shaved ice) spot “Sebastian” used to be, this gem is led by wagashi master Yasutada Era, who carves each icy creation with precision and passion👏 Expect a menu that changes with the seasons, featuring unique twists on traditional ingredients🍁

The “Yaki Morottarashi” Corn Kakigori is a must-try during the summer months, balancing sweet, salty and smokey flavours💯 This variation consists of rich corn milk, soy sauce and mascarpone milk, soy-marinated edamame, corn rice cracker, soy sauce cream “anko” (sweet soy bean paste) and grilled corn atop a fluffy bed of ice🤤 There is no booking ahead - make sure to hop on the online waitlist on the day📱
