Located in the heart of Ollantaytambo near the ancient Incan ruins, “Amanto” offers a dining experience that harmonises tradition and innovation🌈 Each dish is crafted with locally-sourced ingredients, celebrating the rich agricultural heritage of the Sacred Valley⛰️ Their signature “Causa Acevichada al Estilo Amanto” is served with ceviche, two towers of “causa” stuffed with mashed potato and avocado, wrapped in a soft and crispy quinoa mix🥑
