Fitzrovia’s all new Georgian inspired restaurant with a focus on Khinkali - twisted dumplings filled with either beef, lamb, pork, seafood or vegetables. Ultra chewy and satisfying to eat with decadent fillings and luscious sauces. They’re almost like soup dumplings, with the correct technique here being to bite a hole, drink the juices and eat. Delicious little morsels bursting with juices. My favourites from the khinkali were the Wagyu with peppercorn plum sauce + the pumpkin with Gorgonzola and amaretto. Clever flavour combinations and lovely presentation. The restaurant itself is pretty cool, loved the interiors and vibe, everything about it is carefully curated from the music through to the cocktails and bar. Make sure you order their rabbit pate, romaine lettuce salad and gurian beetroot too. The sides and small plates are not to be missed! Loved the dried persimmon, salted caramel and mascarpone to finish #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽‍♂️
