Loads from the Robata and plenty of nigiri along with the kampachi + iceberg lettuce salad. On the Robata, the beef skewers and chicken wings are the best imo. The beef is ultra thinly sliced and glazed - it develops the most amazing char and is usually still cooked to medium. Delicious. Baby back ribs are for the most part great - chunky, juicy, smokey.. everything you want in some ribs. Topped with plenty of spring onion, toasted cashews and lime. Had a couple of times they were dried out but usually v good! Anywhere that has a good grill and rice, Iām in #notoriousfoodie š
