As long as I can remember, Mitani was my inspiration for wanting to know about the beauty of wine pairing with food, especially with sushi. I have been reading reviews and eyeing photos of Mitani’s great pairings for ages, but going there was merely a dream. It was recently that I heard from a very good friend that there was a reservation available at Mitani for me.
