오픈 초기부터 BTS와 박신혜 등 유명 인사들이 방문했던 김주영 셰프의 스시 오마카세 레스토랑입니다.
김주영 헤드 셰프는 도쿄에서 13년간 경력을 쌓은 스시 장인이며, 도쿄의 스시 명가인 미슐랭 2스타 '카네사카', 타베로그 스시랭킹 4위인 스시 사이토에서 6년간 수련한 경력이 있습니다. 모든 스시가 신선하고 맛이 훌륭하다고 입소문이 나있지만 특히 이 곳에서는 인생 안키모(아귀간)를 맛볼 수 있다고 합니다. 디너 오마카세는 대관으로 운영되며 런치는 운영하지 않습니다. 예약 전쟁이라고 할 만큼 예약 잡기 어려운 인기 많은 레스토랑이므로 방문을 원하시면 서둘러 예약하실 것을 권합니다.

Sushi Jyuyon, a sushi Omakase restaurant by Chef Kim Joo-young, has been visited by celebrities such as BTS and Park Shin-hye since its opening. Head Chef Kim has 13 years of experience as a sushi chef in Tokyo, and has trained for 6 years at Tokyo's two Michelin-starred Kanesaka, and Sushi Saito. The sushi is freshly served and flavorful, and customers can also try the best ankimo (monkfish liver) of their lives. The Omakase course is available for dinners only and open for private hire. It's a hard-to-reserve restaurant due to popularity, so it is best to make a reservation as early as possible.

キム・ジュヨン料理長によるおまかせ寿司の店「鮨十四」は、オープン以来、BTSやパク・シネなどの著名人も訪れる。料理長のキムは、東京で寿司職人として13年の経験を持ち、東京のミシュラン2つ星店「金坂」や「鮨 さいとう」で6年間修業を積んだ。寿司は新鮮で味わい深いが、特にあん肝が絶品だという。おまかせコースはディナーのみで、貸切も可能。人気で予約の取りにくい店なので、早めに予約するのがおすすめ。
