Everything you need on one table. The confit potatoes here are phenomenal and itβs no surprise as these guys were one of the first to start serving them - super crispy layers of potato with a soft and fluffy centre. Their chicken liver and foie gras parfait with black truffle and toasted brioche was phenomenal. Probably one of the tastiest things you can start a meal with - incredibly smooth and creamy with a subtle sweetness hitting you at the end. For me though the absolute winner was that lemon curd tart. Go here and try it. Itβs one of the best lemon tarts in town. That or their brown butter / honey tart.. #notoriousfoodie π
