Back to basics. One of my favourites for Iranian food. The koobideh and jujeh here are always so good. Both grilled over charcoal till charred and smokey. The koobideh is super juicy and flavoursome - fatty minced lamb thats well seasoned and perfectly cooked. So satisfying with the rice. Chicken is great too but the winner for me is their chenjeh when it’s done right. Lamb tenderloin cooked the same way - well cooked and charred - ultra smokey and soft. Green chilli sauce on the side is essential #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽‍♂️
